Permitto Property Care (“Permitto”, “we”, “us”) is a property-care service based in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website at permitto.ca or contact us about our services.

We collect personal information you provide directly, including:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Property address or area
- Property and customer type
- Details you include in your booking request
- Subscription plan and billing status from Stripe
With your permission, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand page visits, service interest, contact-button clicks, and successful enquiry submissions. Analytics can include device and browser information, approximate location, campaign tags, and cookie-based identifiers. We do not send booking names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, messages, or access instructions as analytics event parameters.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your booking requests and inquiries
- Schedule and confirm property checkups
- Send photo reports and service updates
- Communicate about ongoing service plans
- Process and manage recurring subscriptions
- Improve our services
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers (such as Stripe for payments, domain SMTP for email delivery, or Airtable for CRM records) strictly to operate our business. These providers are obligated to protect your information. If you allow analytics, Google processes website usage data for reporting. Service providers may process information outside Canada.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at elliot@permitto.ca.
6. Cookies and tracking
Optional analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Essential only” keeps analytics off and does not affect your ability to contact us or request a visit. We store your preference in your browser. Advertising personalization is disabled, and we do not load a Meta advertising pixel.
