Your home is personal. We’re happy to talk through the details before you book.
Ask us a questionAn agreed visual check of accessible areas: exterior and entry points, drainage, signs of moisture, heat and furnace filter observations, and the sump pump area where applicable. You receive photos, access notes, visible concerns, and suggested next steps. We confirm the scope before visiting.
Your broker or insurer determines the required visit frequency and documentation. Two or four visits a month may not be enough, particularly in winter. Ask your broker first, then contact us about a custom schedule. We provide visit records, but do not guarantee coverage or policy compliance.
We agree on the access method and instructions before the first visit. Interior checks require your authorization. Entry, departure, and lock-up observations are recorded in the report. Please do not send key locations, alarm codes, or door codes through the enquiry form.
Permitto Property Care carries commercial general liability insurance. Proof of coverage is available on request. Regulated work is referred to licensed contractors or specialists.
Permitto provides visual property-care checks. This is not a licensed home inspection, engineering assessment, or a test of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mould, or other hidden conditions. Concerns needing a specialist are documented and referred for follow-up.
We contact you with the observations and photos. We can help coordinate an approved contractor or your nominated local contact. No paid repair or coordination starts without approval. Home watch is not continuous monitoring or a 24/7 emergency response service.
No. You can start with a $99 First Check, request a single visit, or ask about a recurring schedule. We confirm the service, availability, price, and any applicable taxes before you commit.
Permitto serves homes within Regina, Saskatchewan. For a property outside the city, contact us to discuss availability before booking. Neighbouring communities are not part of our standard service area.
